Can
you customize a basket?
We encourage you to call us if you need
changes in design or price range. We want you to
be happy with your purchase. The designs shown
are a sampling of the baskets available but we
have many other products available.
What
is the time frame for shipping?
Our goal is to ship or deliver all orders
within 24 hours of their receipt. Most times we
are able to ship on the same day. Please keep in
mind that holiday and large orders will need
additional time. Our standard shipping is UPS
ground. UPS ground takes approximately 1-4
working days for West Coast and Midwest and 4-5
days for East Coast. UPS does not deliver on the
weekends or holidays. If you need a more
specific delivery estimate please contact us. If
you need something to arrive on a specific date
please note that in the special instruction
section or contact us.
We
cannot guarantee the delivery performance of any
third party carrier, but will assist you in
tracking any package that is not received in a
timely manner. Please keep in mind that the
holiday season does extend the delivery time for
all carriers. Contact us if this may be a
problem and we can check specifics for you.

do we deliver?
We hand deliver baskets in the Denver Metro
area. Please contact us if you need a basket
delivered on a specific date.
Can
I add promotional products?
We encourage corporations to add promotional
products to the baskets. We can also customize a
basket to fit any corporate event such as
corporate picnics, holiday parties or
conferences. Please note that this will require
extra time to receive the promotional products.
We also offer products that can be customized
with you company logo. Please contact us for
details.
What
is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee our baskets to be everything
that you expected. We will correct any problems.
Please contact us immediately, retaining all
products and shipping material. We reserve the
right the request the return of such items.
